Joe Margarones

Joe Margarones is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in technical program management across prominent organizations. As the current Vice President of Enterprise Services at Moderna, Margarones previously held leadership roles at Google as Director of Technical Program Management, and at Mastercard as Senior Vice President of Technical Program Management. At Citi, Margarones established the technical program management discipline, transforming the software delivery ecosystem. Key achievements also include leading the Global Invoicing Platform at Amazon and overseeing product management for critical financial systems.
