Molly Nagler

Molly Nagler serves as the Chief Learning Officer at Moderna since October 2023, following a tenure in the same role at PepsiCo from February 2019 to October 2023. Prior to these positions, Molly held multiple leadership roles at Yale School of Management, including Senior Associate Dean for Executive Education, where responsibilities encompassed delivering 70 executive development programs annually, and Associate Dean for Executive Education, focusing on non-degree programming. At UC Berkeley Center for Executive Education, Molly was the Director of Strategic Alliances, designing customized executive education programs and fostering relationships with Silicon Valley organizations. Earlier roles include Director of Academic Planning at UC Berkeley, overseeing human resources and academic policies, and copy editing positions at CQ Press and Communications Development Inc. Molly holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in English from William & Mary.
