Dale Larson III

Dale Larson III has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Dale founded and served as the CEO of Modex, Inc. since August 2015. Prior to that, they worked as the IT Manager at Stevens Pass Mountain Resort from June 2014 to September 2016. Before that, they held roles at Bay Equity, LLC, working as a Business Development Associate from August 2013 to December 2013, and as a System Administrator from January 2009 to August 2013. Additionally, Dale worked as a Guest Services Intern at Young Life in the summer of 2013.

Dale Larson III obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, Information Systems from Seattle Pacific University, which they attended from 2010 to 2013. In addition, they have acquired several certifications including Introduction to Incident Command System, ICS-100 and Introduction to the National Incident Management System, IS-700 from FEMA, which they obtained in May 2022. Dale also holds a certification in Real Estate Data – Business (RED-B) from the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO), achieved in February 2022.
