Harry Karamitopoulos has held a variety of roles in the past 20 years. From 2000 to 2003, they were a Process Engineer at Plymouth Tube Company, where they led product and process engineering from R&D to optimization, implemented a Lean Manufacturing culture, and managed capital projects. From 2003 to 2007, they were Engineering Supervisor at Graver Technologies, where they managed the engineering group, facilities maintenance team, and supported daily operations of 4 product divisions. During that same period, they were also Sr. Project Manager at BRF Construction Corp. From 2007 to 2008, they were Manager of Acquisitions at ARAMARK Refreshment Services, and from 2008 to 2013, they were Director of Operational Planning & Analysis, where they built and executed strategic roadmaps to drive the evolution of business processes and the go-to-market model. Finally, from 2013 to present, they have been President of Modicum, where they lead a team-first agency that works collaboratively and ego-free to champion the best ideas.
Harry Karamitopoulos obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh between 1995 and 1999. Harry then went on to earn their MBA in Finance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University between 2006 and 2009.
