Matt Hafling

Matt Hafling is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and production management. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Modine Manufacturing Company since January 2019, Matt previously held various roles at Brinly-Hardy Co., including Production Manager, Safety Coordinator, and Continuous Improvement Manager / Lean Engineer from September 2012 to January 2019. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Whayne Supply as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Six Sigma Black Belt from March 2007 to September 2012, as well as a position as Production Planner/Analyst at Solectron Global Services from June 2003 to March 2007. Matt holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from the University of Kentucky.
