Paulo Perez

Paulo Perez serves as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager for Electric Vehicles at Modine® EVantage since April 2022, focusing on the development and implementation of manufacturing processes for thermal management systems in electric vehicles. Prior experience includes various roles at Modine Manufacturing Company from July 2010, overseeing manufacturing engineering teams in China and Korea, primarily directing new process and tooling development. Earlier roles included Process Manager in Brazil, where Paulo was responsible for process and product development, and Supervisor de Processos, managing production process projects. Paulo's career began at Modine do Brasil Sistemas Térmicos Ltda in various engineering and supervisory roles, contributing to the development of aluminum radiator manufacturing processes and project management for new facilities. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo and degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Technology from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul and University of São Paulo, respectively.
