Himanshu Khandelwal Eit

Himanshu Khandelwal, EIT, is an Engineer in Training currently employed at Modjeski and Masters since August 2023. Previously, Himanshu served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Lyles School of Civil Engineering at Purdue from September 2021 to July 2023, where experiments were conducted on plate-to-plate Complete Joint Penetration weld connections and Finite Element simulations were performed using Abaqus. Additional experience includes working as a Project Attendant at IIT Palakkad, where a model for civil engineering lab extension was created in SAP 2000, and as a Summer Research Intern at IIT Palakkad, focusing on Cold-Formed Steel compression member design. Himanshu also interned at Jaipur Metro Rail Corporation Limited, producing engineering drawings with AutoCAD. Academically, Himanshu holds a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Palakkad.
