Jim Costigan Pe

Jim Costigan, PE, has been serving as an Engineer in the Field Services division of Modjeski and Masters since July 2015, specializing in structural engineering. Prior to this role, Jim gained valuable experience as a Structural Engineering Intern at FEH Associates, where duties included assisting in design and utilizing modeling software such as RISA 3D and Revit. Previous internships include work with Eustis Engineering on geotechnical tasks, including soil monitoring and bearing capacity calculations, and as a Field Engineer at TIC The Industrial Company, where Jim managed significant project workloads and designed hydrostatic tests for a major gas plant expansion. Earlier experience involved a bridge inspection internship with the Minnesota Department of Transportation. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, focusing on Structural and Geotechnical Engineering, from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
