Thomas Rogers Jr., PE, CWI has over 20 years of work experience in the engineering field. Thomas began their career at Burgess & Niple in 2001 as a Structural Engineer, where they worked until 2002. In 2002, they joined Modjeski and Masters as a Senior Project Manager and Regional Director, a role they still hold. Throughout their career, Thomas has demonstrated their expertise in project management and structural engineering.

Thomas Rogers Jr., PE, CWI holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Engineering from Marshall University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from West Virginia Institute of Technology between 1997 and 2001. In addition to their educational background, they have obtained the certification of American Welding Society Certified Welding Inspector. Thomas is also a licensed Professional Engineer in West Virginia, Ohio, and Indiana.
