Todd Stephens

Todd Stephens is an experienced project manager specializing in movable bridges at Modjeski and Masters since June 2009. Prior experience includes summer internships at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company and two separate internships at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. Todd holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering Science from Penn State Harrisburg and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State University.
