Jen Thorson

Jen Thorson began their career in 1995 as the Director of the Center for Lifelong Learning & Retention at Jamestown College. In 1997, they joined Accenture as a Change Management Lead. Jen then moved to Digital River in 1999 as a Sr. Manager - eBusiness. In 2001, they joined Oracle as a Market Manager. After a year at Oracle, they joined AIG in 2002 as a Senior Vice President, Head of Transformation and Chief Strategic Planning, Operations & Transformation Officer. In 2016, they founded Modjoul, where they are currently the Chief Operating Officer. Her mission with Modjoul is to prevent workplace injuries by utilizing data to help keep employees safe and on the job.

Jen Thorson earned a BA in English from the University of North Dakota and an MA in Human Resources Development from the University of St. Thomas.
