Marcos Garces

Marcos Garces has a diverse work experience in multiple industries. From 2006 to 2011, they worked as an Intern at Solare Tropical Furniture. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Senior Purchaser at Intimark, where they facilitated the procurement of raw materials and trained the Purchasing and Sales teams in the command of the English language. Finally, from 2012 to present, they have been working at Modloft, where they have held the roles of Sales Director, Online Trade, Office Manager and In-House Trainer, and Customer Support Coordinator. In the latter role, they have obtained and evaluated all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries, provided pricing, stock, item-related questions and delivery information, addressed concerns, questions and complaints for B2B and B2C customers via phone and email, and analyzed and accepted/rejected product claims, providing solutions to the customer.
