Courtney Carrell

Courtney Carrell has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at ModMed since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Jones Day from 2017 to 2022, where they held the roles of Partner and Associate. Courtney also worked at CHRISTUS Health as an Associate Counsel from 2014 to 2017, where they served as the primary compliance attorney. Before that, they worked at Jones Day as an Associate from 2011 to 2014. Courtney gained legal experience as a Law Clerk to the Hon. Patrick Higginbotham at the U.S. Court of Appeals from 2010 to 2011. Courtney'swork experience also includes a role as a Grants Analyst at UCLA's Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center from 2005 to 2007.

Courtney Carrell received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Claremont McKenna College in 2005. Courtney then went on to attend Yale Law School from 2007 to 2010, where they earned their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.
