Mohamed Wafik is a seasoned human resources professional with over a decade of experience in HR leadership. Currently serving as the Human Resources Lead at Modon Properties since March 2018, Mohamed has been responsible for implementing strategic HR initiatives. Prior to this role, Mohamed held the position of HR Manager at Optima Alsahel LLC from 2008 to 2018, where significant contributions were made to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
