Sara Dsouki

Sara Dsouki is a skilled Human Resources Specialist with expertise in talent management and acquisition, currently working at Modon since August 2023. Previously, Sara served as a Senior Talent Strategist at New Brunswick Community College from October 2021 to December 2022, where responsibilities included leading Talent Acquisition Strategists and executing recruitment strategies to meet organizational objectives. Sara also held roles at the Multicultural Association of Fredericton, coordinating projects aimed at supporting newcomers and immigrants in securing employment, and worked as a Job Coach for the Government of New Brunswick, providing employment services for adults with mental health challenges.
