Julian Bauer

Julian Bauer has extensive work experience in various roles.

In 2020, they founded their own company, Modoplus GmbH, where they serve as the Founder & CEO.

Additionally, in the same year, they worked as a Dozent at HafenCity Universität Hamburg (HCU) from May 2020 to May 2021.

Julian Bauer's education history includes obtaining a Diplom in Architecture from the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt (THWS) from 2006 to 2011. Julian then pursued further education and completed a Master of Science in Urban Design from HafenCity Universität between 2012 and 2015. In 2017, Julian Bauer obtained certification as an Architekt from the Hamburgische Architektenkammer. More recently, in 2019 and 2020, they attended EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, where they obtained a degree in Immobilienökonom (EBS).
