Richard Weil

Richard Weil has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Richard currently holds the position of Chief Experience Officer at ModSquad, where they have been employed since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Sr. Vice President, Global Operations at ModSquad from December 2009 to December 2021.

Before joining ModSquad, Weil worked at Cartoon Network as the Director of Community Relations from August 2007 to December 2009. Richard also held a similar role at Kaneva, Inc. from November 2006 to August 2007.

Weil's career includes a role as a Senior Consultant for Advanced Tactical Systems and Carronade Studios in 2006. Prior to that, they served as a Community Relations Manager at NCSoft Corporation from April 2004 to July 2006.

With a background in HR, Weil was the HR Director at Athens Group from May 2000 to May 2004. Richard began their career as a Technical Recruiter at LCS from 1995 to 1997.

Richard Weil attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1986 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Additionally, during the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Military History from the same institution.
