Tom Brown has a strong and diverse work experience spanning several decades. Tom began their career at GEC Plessey Telecommunications in 1988, where they worked in Systems Design for ten years. Tom then moved on to Tellabs, where they held a role in Systems Engineering and Product Planning from 1998 to 2002.
In 2002, Tom joined Intel Corporation, starting as the EMEA Customer Enabling Manager. Over the course of their time at Intel, they took on various roles such as EMEA Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, and finally the Customer Enabling Director (Automotive). In these positions, Tom led teams, developed business plans, and enabled revenue growth, with a strong focus on customer support and satisfaction. Tom left Intel in 2017.
Following their departure from Intel, Tom worked as a Business Consultant, assisting local businesses in their area from September 2017 to January 2020. Tom then joined Tierney's Office Automation Ltd. in January 2020 as the Technical Services Manager. In this role, they successfully managed multiple technical teams and guided the organization through the challenges posed by the pandemic.
Most recently, Tom joined Modular Automation in March 2022 as the SW Operations & Service Manager.

- From 2019 to 2020, they attended the Irish Lifecoach Institute, where they earned a QQI Level 6 Diploma in Personal Business and Executive Coaching.
- Between 1984 and 1987, Tom studied at the University of Liverpool, majoring in Mathematics.
- From 1977 to 1983, they attended Presentation College in Reading. During this time, Tom pursued A Levels, focusing on French, Maths, and Physics.
