Marquis Cofer

Born into a general contracting family, Marquis has been around real estate and construction his whole life. Upon graduating from the University of Pittsburgh, Marquis joined as one of the early members of Ikos, a tech-enabled leasing service out of Pittsburgh. He spent time in sales, management, and operations before eventually overseeing the development of Ikos' software products for a user base of 15,000 landlords and over 1,000,000 renters across 80,000 rental units. After several consulting projects and time designing the customer-facing software at Fund That Flip, Marquis decided to join forces with Module to get more housing built.
