Juan Sandoval has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Juan started their career as an Assistant and Junior Project Manager at Toronto Central Community Care Access Centre, where they were quickly promoted to Junior Project Manager. During their time there, they collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to develop strategic business cases and improve the organization's policies and procedures.
After that, Juan joined PwC as a Project Management Specialist, where they reported directly to senior partners and worked on risk analysis and mitigation for processes, IT systems, and data.
Juan then became an Independent Consultant and co-founder of a project management consulting firm, where they provided guidance and support to clients in project management risk methodologies and standards. Juan successfully managed various projects, including the deployment and integration of a Human Capital cross-functional application system.
Juan's next role was with BrandActive, where they were promoted twice from Consultant to Consultant SME. Juan led large-scale brand integration strategies for fortune 100 clients in the oil and gas and electric utility industries. Juan also worked as a Senior Associate, overseeing a crucial oil and gas merger and acquisition strategy.
Prior to their current position, Juan worked at The Rebranding Group as Managing Director, handling brand implementation services for companies undergoing rebranding due to mergers, acquisitions, or brand refreshes.
Currently, Juan holds the position of President Global Accounts Americas at Modulex Group. Modulex specializes in signage manufacturing and installation solutions and operates in over 300 cities across 45 countries. Juan is responsible for project management, product sourcing, logistics, and installation.
Throughout their career, Juan has consistently demonstrated their expertise in project management, brand implementation, and strategic decision-making, making him a valuable asset to any organization.
Juan Sandoval has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Sciences and Economics from York University, obtained in 2007. In 2012, they received a certificate in Project Management from the University of Toronto. In 2013, they obtained an International Project Management Certificate from the University of Toronto and an MS Project Management Proficiency Certificate from McMaster University. In 2019, Juan attended the MIT Sloan School of Management for a course in Business Process Design for Strategic Management.
