Miles Dickinson has a strong background in technology and development. Miles co-founded Modus Planning in 2016, where they designed, developed, and maintained supply chain tracking and resolution systems. Miles also built and managed the company's development team. Prior to that, Miles worked at GE Aviation, where they developed key functionality for an internal supply chain analytics portal and served as scrum master. Miles also worked as a malware reverse engineer, increasing malware intelligence through analysis and developing visualizations to improve existing intelligence. Before GE Aviation, Miles worked at GE Capital, where they developed fixes and features for internal tools and used mapping and location analytics for decision-making. Miles also served as a resident assistant at the University of Maryland and worked on web development projects. Miles also had a role as an intern in the Information Technology Leadership Program at GE Capital. Additionally, they served as the CTO at Synapsis Business Networking, leading application development using open source technologies.

Miles Dickinson received their Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Supply Chain Management from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business. Miles attended the university from 2010 to 2014.
