Héctor Cruz-Ortiz

Héctor Cruz-Ortiz has a diverse range of work experience in various leadership roles. Héctor started their career as the Operations Director & General Manager at Pall Corporation, where they established operational objectives, budget, and marketing strategies. Héctor then moved on to roles at Tyco International Nellcor Division, where they served as the Senior Director and General Manager, responsible for managing a global manufacturing facility and overseeing the supply chain for medical devices. Héctor also worked as the General Manager at Edwards Lifesciences, leading the Critical Care Division and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Cruz-Ortiz's experience also includes positions at Techno Plastics Industries, Zimmer, Baxter International Inc., BEC Global Inc., Collins Aerospace, and National Molding, LLC. Their most recent role is Director of Operations and Supply Chain and Logistics at ModusLink.

Héctor Cruz-Ortiz obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez from 1984 to 1989. From 1997 to 2000, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on International Finance at the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico - Metropolitan Campus. From 2017 to 2020, they completed their Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition at the Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana (UNINI PR).
