Tomáš Středula

Tomáš Středula has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Tomáš started their career in 2005 as a Sales Manager at ASFALTELAST - S. In 2006, they briefly worked as a Customer Service Support at ModusLink before transitioning to the role of a Product Engineer. Tomáš then took on the position of Continuous Improvement and Process Engineer, where they excelled in evaluating manufacturing processes, leading continuous improvement projects, and providing recommendations for improvements. From 2009 to 2016, Tomáš worked as a Production Manager at ModusLink, managing production departments and driving process streamlining initiatives. Tomáš then served as the Lean Deployment Manager and later as the Operations Manager, showcasing their expertise in lean methodologies. Recently, they held the role of Senior Operations Manager before becoming the Director of Operations and Regional Lean at ModusLink. Tomáš has demonstrated leadership skills, project management capabilities, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.

Tomáš Středula obtained a Bachelor's degree (Bc.) in Economics and management, specializing in business management and crisis management from the University of Karel Engliš from 2001 to 2004. Tomáš also completed an Intensive English lessons and professional business course, the General English Course and Certificate IV in Business of ISO9001, at St. Mark’s College and Central College in Sydney, Australia from 2004 to 2005. Additionally, Tomáš Středula has obtained various certifications including PRINCE2™ Practitioner Certificate in Project Management, TPVR - Total Process Variability Reduction, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (certified), TPM - Total Productive Maintenance, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (certified) from different institutions.
