Rick Pelt

Rick Pelt has over 30 years of experience in service operations and logistics management. Rick currently serves as the Director of Service Operations at MOEbiz since September 2021. Before that, they worked as the Director of Operations at Smart Technologies of Florida from November 2020 onwards, and previously served as the Director of Service from October 2019 to November 2020. Prior to that, Rick was the Director of Logistics at ICX Managed Services, LLC for nine years from June 2010 to June 2019. Rick started their career as the Service Manager at Saxon Business Systems from March 2004 to June 2010. Rick also held the position of VP of Customer Service at CopyFax from January 1991 to June 2004.
