Rakan al Otaibi

Rakan Al Otaibi has over five years of experience in human resources. Rakan currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources Operations at M.M.ALHARBI & PARTNERS CO. LTD., starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Supervisor at Addamegh Group from March 2020 to August 2021. Rakan also has experience as a Human Resources Supervisor and Corporate HR Coordinator at Mouwasat Medical Services from August 2016 to January 2019.

Rakan Al Otaibi completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration from Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, where they studied from 2011 to 2016. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications related to human resources and employment, including Job Analysis and Description from Saudi Employment in June 2021, Labor Law from the Centre of Human Resource Professionals for Training in June 2020, Human Resources Management from AlBayan Management Consulting in April 2020, and KPIS in HR Department from King AbdulAziz University in April 2020.
