Shane Phillips is a Business Unit Lead at Moffatt & Nichol, serving as the Regional Operations Manager for the US Pacific NW region. With a background in Civil/Coastal Engineering, Shane has experience working on waterfront planning, analysis, and design projects for over 30 years. Prior to joining Moffatt & Nichol, Shane held leadership positions at Mott MacDonald, Coast & Harbor Engineering, and Pacific International Engineering PLLC. With a BS in Civil Engineering from Washington State University and currently pursuing a Masters in Infrastructure Management & Planning at the University of Washington, Shane's expertise lies in integrating complex environmental processes with regulatory, environmental, and stakeholder considerations to achieve successful project outcomes.
