Paola Martinez

Paola Martinez, PMP, is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in design and project management. Currently serving as Design Supervisor at MOGAS Industries, Inc., since November 2020, Paola successfully directs the Production Engineering Design Team to achieve engineering objectives and enhance employee engagement. Previously, as a Project Engineer at MOGAS, analytical skills were applied to develop product designs while assessing feasibility. Paola also held the position of Design Engineer at ArcoTech Drilling Solutions, where project management and database structuring were key accomplishments. Experience includes a significant tenure at National Oilwell Varco, where Paola advanced through various engineering roles, contributing to mechanical design and project development. Paola holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University.
