Ayden Syal

Ayden Syal has a diverse range of work experience. Ayden is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of MOGL, a leading athlete marketplace and NIL operations software provider. Ayden is responsible for overseeing the technology that allows college athletes to monetize their personal brands in a safe and compliant manner.

Prior to their role at MOGL, Ayden served as the East Regional Director on the Notre Dame Young Alumni Board of Directors. Ayden was responsible for managing and directing alumni activities in the region.

Ayden also worked as a Senior Strategy Associate at IHS Markit in the Financial Services sector. Ayden played a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives for the company.

Before that, Ayden gained experience as an Analyst at Lexington Partners and Morgan Stanley. Ayden worked on various financial projects and gained expertise in wealth management.

Other experiences include working as a Customer Experience Associate at Fidelity Investments, a Global Operations & Asset Services Summer Analyst at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), and an Intern at Convergex in Procurement and Global Equity Product Management.

Ayden Syal has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management Consulting & Sociology from the University of Notre Dame. Prior to attending the university, Ayden attended Seton Hall Preparatory School, where they completed the Seton Scholars Scholarship AP Program. In addition to their formal education, Ayden has obtained several certifications, including "Modeling Risk and Realities" and "Decision-Making and Scenarios" from the University of Pennsylvania, "Excel: Analyzing and Visualizing Cash Flows" from Lynda.com, "Fundamentals of Quantitative Modeling" and "Introduction to Spreadsheets & Models" from the University of Pennsylvania. Ayden has also obtained the Series 7: General Securities Representative Exam and Series 63: Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination certifications from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority). Furthermore, Ayden achieved the AP Scholar with Honor designation from The College Board. Ayden also holds certifications in "Anti Global Money Laundering & Suspicious Reporting" from BAI and "Emergency Relief & CPR Certification" from the American Red Cross.
