Ivy Cruz Dimarucut currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Alliance of Patients’ Organisations Singapore, effective April 2024, while simultaneously holding the position of Senior Counsel at MOH Holdings Pte Ltd since March 2014. With a rich background in legal and contractual frameworks, Ivy previously worked as a Contracts Administrator for ACI Worldwide and led the Legal Department at One Commerce International Corp. Additionally, Ivy has experience as a Legal Editor at Baker McKenzie and as a Training Officer at Innodata Inc. Ivy's educational qualifications include a II Level University Master Course in International Patient Advocacy Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, a Master of IP and Innovation Management from Singapore University of Social Sciences, and a Bachelor of Laws from Arellano University School of Law, complemented by various specialized training in intellectual property law and patient advocacy.
