Mark Anthony Jose

Mark Anthony Jose has substantial experience in procurement and customer service across various roles and industries. Currently serving as a Purchase Officer cum Administrator at Mohammad Omar Bin Haider (MOBH) Holding Group since October 2022, Mark Anthony previously held the position of Procurement Officer at Saif Belhasa Holding from May 2016 to September 2022. Prior to these roles, Mark Anthony worked in customer service and technical support for major companies, including Convergys as a Call Center Representative for Microsoft Office, and Concentrix as a Customer Service Representative for a cable service provider in North America. Mark Anthony began a career in customer service at TTEC as a Customer Service and Technical Support Representative for an Internet Service Provider. Mark Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, where studies were completed in 2011.
