Moustafa H. Moharram

Moustafa H. Moharram is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public affairs and strategic communications. As the Chairman and Founder & CEO of Moharram & Partners since August 2015, Moustafa has played a significant role in shaping the firm's direction. Moustafa serves on the Advisory Board of Elevate Healthcare since January 2022 and previously held the position of Director of Global Government Relations for North & North West Africa at Visa from August 2014 to August 2015. Additional experience includes consultancy roles at The World Bank and UNDP, focusing on public sector and governance practices, and public policy. Moustafa's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Political Communication from The Johns Hopkins University, a Master of Arts in International Relations/Security from King's College London, and ongoing doctoral studies in Political Science and Government at Cairo University.
