Gary Bollman

Gary Bollman has had a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Gary began their career at Bridge Information Systems, Inc. in 1997 as a Technical Account Manager. From 1999 to 2000, they worked at Bridge Japan as the Director of Client Services. Joining Savvis in 2000, Gary held multiple positions including Senior Microsoft Systems Engineer/Network Operations Center Tech and later Director of Managed Hosting Technical Operations. In 2006, they became the Director of Operations Infrastructure & Automation at SAVVIS, where they successfully built and implemented standardized shared services infrastructure. Gary then joined Wind Capital Group in 2008 as the Vice President of Information Technology, responsible for corporate applications and infrastructure design and support. Presently, they serve as the Head of IT Infrastructure & Facilities Reporting to CIO at MOHELA, a leader in student loan servicing and financing.

Gary Bollman obtained their Bachelors degree in Marketing, Japanese, and International Business from the University of Missouri-Columbia between 1990 and 1995. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including the CISSP certification from (ISC)² in April 2018. Gary also holds certifications in ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, ITIL Intermediate certificate in IT Operational Support and Analysis, and ITIL Intermediate certificate in IT Service Offerings and Agreements, although the specific months and years of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
