Kevin Case

President & CEO at Mohonk Preserve

Kevin Case has dedicated their career to protecting and preserving natural spaces. Kevin began their work with the National Park Service, where they served as Project Manager/Natural Resource Planner for a Federal Wild & Scenic Study of the Eightmile River Watershed. In this role, Kevin was responsible for determining the eligibility and suitability of the Eightmile River for inclusion in the National Wild & Scenic Rivers System. Kevin also led the effort to draft a management plan for the trail system.

From there, Kevin went on to the Land Trust Alliance, where they served as Eastern Division Director of Field Programs. In this role, Kevin worked with land trusts across the eastern United States to protect land and water resources. Kevin also helped develop and implement conservation easements, land acquisition projects, and stewardship plans.

Most recently, Kevin is serving as President & CEO at Mohonk Preserve. In this role, Kevin is responsible for leading the preserve’s efforts to protect the Shawangunk Ridge region. Kevin is also working to expand the preserve’s educational programs and increase access to the preserve for all visitors.

Kevin Case has a MS in Natural Resource Planning from the University of Vermont and a BS in Finance from Bentley University.
