Maria C. Mendoza, PMP has over 13 years of professional experience in project management, customer service, and support services. From 2007 to 2015, they worked as a Digital Textile Print Technician at the Maryland Institute College of Art - Art/Tech Center. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Support Services Coordinator and Registration & Scheduling Coordinator at Laureate Global Products and Services. Here, they provided customer service and technical support for Walden University and several partner institutions, escalated and documented major issues for resolution to Tier 2 support teams, and developed and implemented SharePoint Sites for department-specific data and metrics. From 2012 to 2017, they were a Project Manager at Re-form Office Furniture Remanufacturing, where they assessed client needs and proposed custom solutions based on style, budget and deadline, fostered new client relationships, and strengthened on-going partnerships. Currently, they are a Senior Project Manager at MOI, where they merge business with creativity in a fast-paced environment by delivering interior solutions that inspire growth and productivity for government and commercial clients in Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia.

Maria C. Mendoza, PMP holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Maryland Institute College of Art with a Fiber and Interactive Media Concentration. Additionally, they are certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute.
