Melanie Bardet

Senior Designer at MOI

Melanie Bardet has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2013 as an Architectural Design Intern for the Miami-Dade County Internal Services Department. In 2015, they became an Art Instructor at Shelton Academy, followed by a role as an Interior Designer for Soto Interiors Group in 2016. From 2017 to 2021, Melanie held various roles at Knoll, including Technical Resource Specialist, Account Manager, and Interior Design Intern. In 2021, they moved to Align1 Solutions as a Senior Designer and is currently in the same role at MOI since 2023. Throughout their career, Melanie has been client-facing with C-Level Executives, leading project management from discovery to delivery, and providing imaginative product consultation.

Melanie Bardet obtained their High School diploma from Immaculata-La Salle High School in 2011. Melanie then attended Miami Dade College from 2011 to 2013, graduating with an Associate of Arts in Architecture. In 2013 and 2014, they studied abroad for Architecture in Asia and Europe at Miami Dade College. In 2015, they began their Master's degree in Interior Architecture at Florida International University, which they completed in 2019. In 2017, they obtained their LEED Green Associate certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. In 2019, they obtained their Introduction to CET Designer Part One and Part Two certification from Configura.
