Kabita Padhi is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager at MOIL LIMITED since September 2021. Kabita began the career as a Management Trainee in Human Resources at the same company, following a summer internship in Human Resources at Vedanta Limited - Aluminium Business in June 2018. Kabita holds a Master's degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Utkal University, completed in 2019.
