Ujwala Gundewar

Ujwala Gundewar has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Ujwala is currently serving as the Chief Manager-Human Resources at MOIL LIMITED since July 2020. Prior to this, they worked at MOIL Ltd. for seven years as the Manager-HR, where they were responsible for organizational development, strategic HR, and the implementation of new HR practices. Ujwala also had a role as a Sr. Executive-Human Resources at Persistent Systems from September 2008 to June 2013, where they focused on employee relationship management and performance appraisal. Ujwala started their career as an Officer-Human Resource at Excellon Software Pvt Ltd from April 2007 to September 2008.

Ujwala Gundewar completed their Bachelor of Arts Additional (Psychology) degree from Nagpur University in the year 2012-2013. Earlier, from 2005 to 2007, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resource from DMSR Tirpude, Nagpur. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2005, Ujwala attended GS College of Commerce, Nagpur, and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree in the field of Commerce. Subsequently, in 2013, they enrolled at Hislop College, Nagpur, where they are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Additional degree in Psychology.
