Caio Marcelo Campoy Guedes

Caio Marcelo Campoy Guedes has worked in various roles in the tech industry since 2014. From 2014 to 2017, they were a Developer/Researcher at Laboratório de Aplicações de Video Digital - LAViD, where they developed APIs and user interfaces over QT. From 2017 to 2021, they were a Software Engineer at Assista Tecnologia, where they developed back-end solutions for the CineAssista application and the mobile application of CineAssista using Android and NDK. Currently, they are a Tech Lead at Daitan Group, where they have worked with embedded software for GPON networks, suggesting optimizations in existing services, solving bugs and implementing new features. Caio Marcelo has also managed a team of 12 people, improving methods, services and internal team practices. In 2022, they will join Moises as an Embedded and Low Level Systems Engineer.

Caio Marcelo Campoy Guedes obtained a Bachelor in Computer Science from the Universidade Federal da Paraíba between 2012 and 2018. Caio Marcelo then went on to earn a Masters in Informatics with a focus on Distributed Systems from the same institution between 2019 and 2021. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from various institutions, including Foundations of Project Management from Coursera, Linux System Programming and Mastering Git from Pluralsight, C++11 Language Features from Pluralsight, First Certificate in English and Preliminary English Test from University of Cambridge, and an edX Honor Code Certificate for Introduction to Linux from edX.
