Carmiña Matienzo

Carmiña Matienzo has a range of experience in human resources and talent acquisition. From 2010 to 2017, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist and Analyst at Servicio Nacional de Patrimonio del Estado - Minister of Economy and Finance, where they served as the primary point of contact for HR matters for 250 employees across 9 states. Carmiña was also responsible for HRIS administration and support.

Carmiña Matienzo completed a Master's Degree in Business Administration and HR Management for International Environments at Universidad de Granada from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned an Engineer's degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Mayor, Real y Pontificia de San Francisco Xavier de Chuqusiaca, graduating between 2004 and 2009. In 2009-2010, they pursued a postgraduate program in Project Management at CECAP CONSULTING.
