Ruud van Buren

Ruud van Buren is an experienced Project Specialist in Permits and Safety, serving as Head of Security for prominent events such as the North Sea Jazz Festivals and Blues Festival. With a solid background in health and safety management, Ruud has built a new H&S Manager position for MOJO Concerts and contributed to the Eurovision Song Contest 2020 organization. Previous roles include Project Manager and Senior Consultant at Cayentis BV, Event Engineer at EnschedePloeg-UT, and Assistant Project Manager for events at the University of Twente. Ruud holds a Master’s degree in Communication Studies from the University of Twente and an additional Master’s degree in Technical Communication from the University of Washington.
