Martina Potlaček has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Martina started their career at L'Oréal as a Front Desk Receptionist in June 2005 and later became a Brand Manager for Maybelline NY. In 2007, they joined EPH where they held different positions, including B2B Manager for fashion and beauty industries, Advertising Manager for Playboy magazine, and Advertising Manager for Gloria magazine. At EPH, they achieved targeted marketing budgets by presenting and selling advertising space in print and web editions, managed clients' needs in advertising, PR, and promotion, and worked with marketing agencies within the Gloria group editions. In 2017, they joined HANZA MEDIA d.o.o. as an Advertising Manager for health-related magazines, where they achieved targeted marketing budgets and managed direct clients and agencies. Currently, Martina is working as a Recruitment Consultant at MojPosao (Tau on-line d.o.o.) since February 2018.
Martina Potlaček's education history starts in 1994 when they attended Gornjogradska gimnazija in Zagreb and completed their secondary school education in 1998. Afterward, in 2000, they enrolled in Filozofski fakultet Zagreb, where they pursued a degree in professor of French language, linguistics, and literature. Martina completed this program in 2006. In the same year, Martina also attended Ekonomski fakultet Zagreb and obtained a license as a tourist guide for Zagreb and the region.
