Nic Finch-Kerr

Nic Finch-Kerr has over 10 years of experience in product development and management. In 2017, they began working at MOJU as a Product Controller, and later became Product & Quality Manager and NPD + Operations, where they were responsible for award-winning NPD & EDP in partnership with supply chain & demand planning. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Hiltfields Ltd as a Development Manager and Product Developer. Nic also worked at Greencore as an NPD Manager from 2014 to 2017. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Asda as a Product Manager - Seasonal Confectionary, where they were responsible for researching trends and writing supplier briefs, liaising with the supply base to create award-winning products, and taking these ideas from concept to launch. Nic also worked as a Product Manager - Biscuits and Product Manager - Juices, Smoothies, Flavoured Milk, Cream & Custard and Homebaking. Additionally, they provided Quality Team and Product Manager Support. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at Symington's Limited as an NPD Experience.

Nic Finch-Kerr attended Northampton High School from 2001 to 2008. In 2008, Nic Finch-Kerr began studying at the University of Leeds, where they obtained a BSc Hons Food Studies and Nutrition (Industrial) in 2012. During their studies at the University of Leeds, Nic Finch-Kerr focused on Food Quality and New Product Development, Processing Operations, Food Sciences, and Human Nutrition. Nic Finch-Kerr also holds certifications in CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety, Full Clean British Driving License, Key Stage 4 ICT Certificate, and Young Enterprise Business Certificate - Distinction.
