David Egyes

David Egyes has extensive experience in legal affairs, holding various roles in different companies. In 2013, they began their career as a Partner - Attorney at Frégeau & Associates Inc., where they worked until 2018. David then joined Scotiabank as a Trust Officer from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they joined Raymond James Ltd. as a Senior Trust Advisor until 2021. From October 2021 onwards, David has been the Director of Legal Affairs at Mogo, MogoTrade, and Moka Financial Technologies. In 2023, they will also take on the role of Director of Legal Affairs at Carta Worldwide.

David Egyes has a diverse educational background. David obtained an L.L.B. degree in Law from the Université de Montréal. Additionally, they earned a B. Comm degree in International Business from Concordia University and a DEC in Health Sciences from Dawson College. David also holds a Certificate in Chinese Law from the China University of Political Science and Law.
