José Antonio Prado

José Antonio Prado, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. José Antonio started their career at Roche Pharmaceuticals in 2008, where they worked as a Production Cost & Variances Analyst. During their time there, they successfully coordinated and analyzed costs for over 3,500 SKU's. José Antonio was offered a full-time position after completing a part-time program and worked for one year while completing their Bachelor's degree.

Afterwards, José moved on to UCB in 2012, where they served as a Financial Planning Manager. In this role, they acted as a financial business partner for two business units, managing an annual budget of $18M with revenues of $39M. José Antonio was recognized as a top performer and achieved the highest performance rating.

José continued their career at UCB as a Business Intelligence & BD Manager from 2014 to 2016. Here, they focused on business intelligence and business development, leveraging their financial expertise to drive growth and success for the company.

From 2016 till date, they have been working at moksha8 Pharmaceuticals, Inc as the Head of FP&A / Strategic Finance and currently serves as the Finance Director. In these roles, José is responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, as well as strategic finance initiatives.

José Antonio completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance from Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2004 to 2009. In 2007 to 2008, they attended KEDGE Business School, where they obtained a Management Diploma with a focus on Finance and Business Administration.

Prado's pursuit of higher education continued with a Master in Finance - Concentration in Marketing from EGADE Business School, where they studied from 2010 to 2011. José Antonio later obtained a Management Skills Diploma from EGADE Business School in July 2013.
