Shawn Krcma

Shawn Krcma is an experienced aviation professional and product design expert. Currently serving as an Independent Flight Instructor at Kailua-Kona International Airport since April 2018, Shawn also holds the position of Captain for Mokulele Airlines in Hawaii and California operations. Shawn has previously held various roles at Nordic Ware from January 2006 to April 2017, including Director of Product Design and Development, Engineering Tooling Project Manager, and Industrial Product Design Engineer, thereby demonstrating a strong background in product design and project management. Shawn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout between 1998 and 2003 and completed secondary education at Washburn High School from 1994 to 1998.
