Grace Pranatio has significant experience in quality engineering and technical writing, currently serving in these roles at Moldex-Metric, Inc. since 2009. Previously, Grace worked at Aramark Uniform Services from 2006 to 2009, where responsibilities included managing a team of 20 production workers as a Merchandise Control Manager Trainee, significantly improving processes and problem resolution. As a Merchandise Control Manager Intern, Grace successfully reduced overtime by 60% while supervising a departmental team, and as a Production Management Intern, conducted financial analysis to assist the Marketing department with new product feasibility. Grace earned a B.S. in Industrial Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California in 2006.
