Lucia Dmitriev (Cobileanu)

Lucia Dmitriev (Cobileanu) has worked in various HR and recruitment roles throughout their career. Lucia started in 2012 as an HR Specialist at Coca-Cola Hellenic Moldova. Lucia then moved on to Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, where they served as a Recruitment and Development Specialist and later as a Capability Coordinator in the HR department from 2012 to 2017. In 2018, they joined Mobiasbanca - OTP Group S.A. as the Head of Recruitment and Career Development in the Human Resources department until 2020. Most recently, they have been working at Moldindconbank as the Head of Recruitment and Organizational Development starting in September 2020.

Lucia Dmitriev (Cobileanu) began their education at Dunarea de Jos University in Romania in 2005, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration. Lucia successfully completed their Bachelor's degree in 2008. Building upon their educational foundation, Lucia continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Master's degree in International Economics from 2008 to 2010.
