Anita Gardea

Anita Gardea has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Anita started their career as a Coalition Coordinator Intern at Arizona PIRG, where they were responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with coalition partners. Anita then interned as a Global Supply Chain Strategy Intern at Pratt & Whitney, assisting with the development of supply chain strategies and presentations.

Anita went on to join United Technologies as an Operations Leadership Program Associate, where they completed rotations in supply chain management, quality, and manufacturing. Anita later worked as a Material Logistics Analyst at Lockheed Martin, handling logistics and inventory management.

Anita then joined AArete as a Consultant, where they provided consulting services to clients. Anita also served as an MBA Summer Associate at Beckman Coulter, gaining experience in human resources.

Anita pursued their MBA at the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business while working as an MBA Candidate. Anita then returned to Beckman Coulter as a Human Resources Business Partner, supporting the organization with HR needs.

Currently, Anita is working as a Global Talent Partner at Molecular Devices.

Anita Gardea completed their high school education at Arcadia High School from 2005 to 2009. Anita received a High School Diploma with the distinction of being a Gold Seal Graduate. Later, from 2009 to 2013, Anita attended the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Anita pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business, with a major in Supply Chain Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business with a focus on Sustainability.
