Anna Forsyth has a diverse work experience in the fields of science and research. Anna began their career as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Southampton in 2004 and worked there until 2009.
In 2009, Anna joined Molecular Devices as a Senior Scientist and held that position until 2013. During this time, they were responsible for assay development.
From 2013 to 2015, Anna worked as a Scientist in assay development at Molecular Devices before being promoted to the role of Senior Application Scientist in Advanced Workflow Engineering Solutions. Anna held this position until 2019.
In 2019, Anna was promoted to the role of Supervisor - AWS Applications, where they led the Applications team for Automation & Workflow Solutions at Molecular Devices. Anna'sresponsibilities included defining and developing custom modifications to Molecular Devices' instruments and validation activities for all custom solutions.
Currently, Anna holds the position of Global Science & Validation Manager, Automation & Workflow Solutions at Molecular Devices, starting in March 2023.
Anna Forsyth completed their BSc (Hons) in Pharmacology at the University of Aberdeen from 1996 to 2000. Anna then pursued a PhD in Molecular Toxicology at the University of Surrey from 2000 to 2003.
