Lena T.

Lena T. is an Expert Scientist in Bioinformatics and Machine Learning at Molecular Partners since October 2022, specializing in biomarker analysis and the identification of cancer targets through diverse data modalities. Prior to this role, Lena served as a Data Scientist at Scailyte AG, developing computational workflows for multi-omics data integration and analysis. Lena completed a PhD at the Technical University of Munich, focusing on single-cell transcriptomics and T cell differentiation.
